It starts at Day One. Wherever you are.

HumAi Fit is the AI fitness tracker built by someone who started at 400 pounds, for people over 40 who are starting their own journey.

Why I built this

I'm Rich. I'm 47. At my heaviest I weighed around 400 pounds. I had bulging and herniated discs and sciatic pain so bad that walking from my front door to my car was a struggle. I rode a scooter through the grocery store. I couldn't stand for long, and I couldn't help much around the house. For close to ten years, I was mostly stuck in a chair.

I was also drinking a fifth of Tennessee whiskey and smoking a pack of cigarettes every day.

I started my health journey in July 2016. It was slow. I quit cigarettes. Later I quit alcohol. I got down to about 260, and then I stopped. For more than a year I bounced between 259 and 269 while training five days a week and eating what I believed was healthy food.

The plateau broke when I started photographing my meals and asking an AI to analyze them. Within weeks I could see it. Foods I had trusted for years were quietly working against me. The AI answered every question I had about food and training, and I made changes I never would have known to make.

Then the chat got so long that the AI started forgetting what was at the top. So I built an app where the data could persist, where the AI could know my whole journey, not just today. That app is HumAi Fit. Since then I have kept dropping weight. I have climbed mountains. I can do pull ups. I am in the best shape I have been in a decade, and I am not finished.

“Humans and AI, becoming better together. That is what HumAi means.”

The philosophy

Day One is wherever you are

No prerequisites, no fitness culture, no shame. Start logging today and the app meets you there.

Log everything, honestly

The AI can only help with what it can see. Photograph it all, the good days and the rough ones, and it becomes the guide you actually need.

Progress is not a straight line

Some weeks you move forward, some you stall, some you slip. It is all tracked, so the coach knows your real story and you can always talk it through.

Your data is yours

Export everything anytime and take it to any AI you like. Nothing is locked in.

How the features serve the journey

Every part of the app came out of a moment in that story.

The plateau breaker

Meal analysis by photo: snap up to 5 angles, get every item and its macros, correct anything and it analyzes again around your corrections. Consistent food memory means the same food logs the same way every time, so patterns finally show.

A coach that remembers

iZZi gives instant feedback on every meal and workout in the personality you choose, supportive, balanced, or strict. She knows your progress from Day One and runs 7, 14, and 30 day reviews on demand. It knows the difference between over your target and over your maintenance. Perspective, not lectures.

Honest math for a body over 40

Adaptive maintenance learns your actual daily burn from your own weigh ins and meals. The green, amber, and red ring tells the truth about today, and the smoothed weight trend ignores the daily noise.

Keep the muscle you build

The strength log remembers every machine, fills in your last weights for you, and shows exactly what to beat. Workout screenshots from your watch or the machine merge into one session.

See the week, not just the day

A weekly summary of workouts, net calories, and nutrition quality, fiber and empty carbs included, on your own week schedule.
